Tegus Medical is a German based company that was founded in 2019 with input from Physicians at the University Hospital of Hamburg. Together, they developed the Tegus Camera System which is a technological platform that allows Physicians to provide procedure support remotely from anywhere in the world. By empowering Physicians to share their skills in real-time, our aim is to improve Physicians options and success rate during procedures, internal daily operations and also sharing of knowledge and technique to mentees and junior doctors.
Responsibility and Authority
Tegus Medical seeks to hire an experienced neurovascular key account manager to build on the utilisation of the Tegus system across the neurovascular account base to greater enable live medical education.
Key Job Responsibilities
Develop accounts through relations management and build rapport with key opinion leaders.
Establish, maintain and develop relationships with all customers within the DACH Region.
Plan and execute market development events in close collaboration with the management team.
Keep abreast of market dynamics and competitive activities, provide input to the organization and execute appropriate actions and programs.
Help develop the company’s market position across a broad range of commercial users.
Achieve monthly and annual sales quota with maintenance of existing accounts and development of new accounts.
Identify commercial opportunities within existing customers.
Establish monthly revenue projections for each consecutive month, as well as target accounts: analyze territory and accounts, develop customer strategy, discuss offers and propose competitive actions to commercial team.
Report on target account status, general business status and competitive activity on a weekly basis and supply Director
Market Development with a monthly report.
Maintain market database.
Provide technical assistance to physicians and provide continued training, in service, to physicians and staff ensuring correct product usage.
Represent Tegus during national and international meetings and congresses.
Experienced in selling medical devices

Bachelor Degree, preferably scientific or technical, or equivalent by experience.
A minimum of 5 years experience in selling high end Medicall Devices, preferably in interventional radiology/cardiology
Management Experience Required
Experience on international scale preferred (DACH)
Field based experience essential
Ability to perform other activities in support of administration and territory planning
Extensive domestic travel required
Fluent in English and German (oral and written understanding)
